Terms and Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Aurelium Property Group website and the services provided by Aurelium Property Group (“Aurelium”, “we”, “our”, or “us”).
By using our website, requesting a quotation, submitting an enquiry, booking services, or engaging Aurelium, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.

1. Services

Aurelium Property Group provides property-related services, including, but not limited to:

• Property refurbishment
• Interior refinement
• Exterior enhancement
• Property presentation and preparation
• Cleaning services
• Property maintenance
• Related consultancy and project services

The scope of work will be defined in the relevant quotation, proposal, or written agreement.

2. Quotations

All quotations are provided without obligation.

Unless otherwise stated in writing:

• Quotations remain valid for 30 days from the date issued.
• Aurelium reserves the right to revise quotations where project requirements change.
• Additional works requested after acceptance of a quotation may incur additional charges.

1A quotation does not constitute a binding agreement until accepted by both parties.

3. Booking Requests and Appointments

Booking requests submitted through our website, email, telephone, or other communication channels do not constitute confirmed appointments.

All appointments and service dates remain subject to availability and to Aurelium’s written confirmation.

Aurelium reserves the right to decline or reschedule appointments where necessary.

4. Deposits

Depending on the nature and scope of the project, Aurelium may require a deposit before work commences.

The deposit amount and payment schedule will be specified within the relevant quotation or written agreement.

Deposits may become non-refundable where:

• Materials have been ordered.
• Third-party costs have been incurred.
• Works have commenced
• Aurelium has allocated resources specifically to the project.

5. Payments

Aurelium reserves the right to require payment in advance, staged payments, deposits, or payment upon completion, depending on the services provided.

Cleaning Services

For cleaning services, payment may be requested before the service commences or immediately upon completion.

Refurbishment and Project Services

For refurbishment, enhancement, maintenance, and project-based services, payment schedules will be outlined within the quotation or project agreement.

Unless agreed otherwise, final invoices must be paid within 7 days of the invoice date.

Late payments may result in delays, service suspensions, or recovery action, where appropriate.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate information regarding the property and required services.
• Ensure reasonable access to the property.
• Inform Aurelium of any hazards, defects, or relevant circumstances that may affect the works.
• Cooperate with Aurelium and any authorised contractors involved in the project.

Aurelium shall not be responsible for delays or additional costs arising from inaccurate information or restricted access.

7. Cleaning Services – Satisfaction Policy

If a client believes a cleaning service has not been completed to a satisfactory standard, Aurelium must be notified within 24 hours of service completion.

Where a legitimate issue is identified, Aurelium may, at its discretion, arrange a re-clean of the affected area.

Aurelium does not guarantee refunds and reserves the right to determine the most appropriate remedy.

8. Completion and Acceptance of Works

Upon completion of refurbishment, enhancement, maintenance, or project-based services, the client shall be provided with a reasonable opportunity to inspect the completed works.

Any concerns, omissions, or defects should be communicated promptly following completion.

Where appropriate, Aurelium may rectify genuine defects identified during this period.

Once the completed works have been accepted by the client, or where no concerns have been raised within a reasonable period following completion, the works shall be deemed accepted.

Following acceptance, the final balance shall become payable in accordance with the agreed payment terms.

9. Delays and Force Majeure

Aurelium shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

• Extreme weather
• Supply chain disruption
• Utility failures
• Industrial action
• Government restrictions
• Acts of God
• Unforeseen site conditions

Where possible, clients will be informed of any significant delays.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aurelium’s liability shall be limited to the value of the services supplied.

Aurelium shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or consequential losses
• Loss of profit
• Loss of business opportunities
• Delays caused by third parties
• Pre-existing property defects or conditions

Nothing in these Terms limits liability where such limitation would be unlawful.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, graphics, branding, and design elements, remains the property of Aurelium Property Group unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

12. Privacy

Personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
