What may be included in the package?

Depending on the cleaning package selected, important details such as oven cleaning, fridge/freezer cleaning, internal windows, radiators, appliance detailing and final presentation can be included within the estimate. This gives a clearer price from the beginning, rather than adding every item separately later.

What can affect the price?

The price may change if extra time, equipment or disposal is needed. This can include carpets, upholstery, rubbish removal, heavy grease, heavy dust, odours, mould staining, outdoor areas, limited parking, poor access or urgent booking dates.

Heavy reset and refurbishment-linked work

Neglected properties, rubbish removal, repair preparation and cleaning linked to refurbishment are quoted individually. These projects often need a different approach from a standard end-of-tenancy clean and may be quoted as part of a wider property preparation or improvement service.

Final estimates are confirmed once the property details, condition and any required extras have been reviewed.
